Regardless of gender, orientation, cultural or ethnic background, learning and work level, physical or psychological limitations, every individual is part of our society. Being part of our society also means that you feel this way and that you can contribute to this society. The feeling of equality, respect and trust.Inclusive Netherlands focuses on the individual where we make a difference. By establishing many individual connections, we can create and share examples to show that it is possible. We can share from experience what it takes to make something a success and make a difference for the individual. In doing so, we provide organizations with tools to include this in their strategic personnel policy. Experience shows that striving for equality for large groups is often difficult in practice. There are many different interest groups that are committed to change. In order to make a difference, we focus on the individual.
